  • Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in qualifying examination from a recognized University.


Selection of a student at JKLU will be finalised after a series of evaluative steps. Modular program option also available.


Submission of the application form with required details. Non-refundable application fee of Rs 600 to be paid.


First preference shall be given to the GATE qualified students. Further seats remaining vacant, admission shall be made on the basis of merit in qualifying examination considering all subjects.

Transport fee of Rs 15,000 to be paid every semester if the student wishes to avail the JKLU transport facility from Jaipur city to JKLU campus on specified routes.
• The above-mentioned fee as applicable to citizens of India and SAARC Countries.
• Hostel charges are on annual basis.
• Hostel charges are for one academic year and the students are not allowed to leave the hostel during the semester.
• Hostel fee, as above, is applicable to all boarding students.

  • Hostel is an twin sharing basis.Hostel charges are subject to yearly revision.

Note: Hostel security deposit of Rs 5,000 payable along with first year’s fees.
Refund policy: Fee deposited for the registration is refundable till the beginning of the academic session. 10% processing fees will be deducted while processing the refund. Once the academic session begins, refund will be processed as per the UGC guidelines.

  • One-time Caution Money of Rs. 10,000 would be payable along with first year’s fee. It is refundable at the time of leaving the institute.
  • The merit scholarship will be disbursed pro-rated with every installment of fees.
  • MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS (Second year onwards)
    1. Students who have obtained CGPA of 8.50 and above in first year will be awarded scholarship equivalent to 50% of the Academic Fee.
    2. Students who have obtained CGPA above 7.50 and below 8.50 in first year will be awarded scholarship equivalent to 25% of the academic fee.
