Yoga adds years to your life and life to your years.
On the occasion of 7th International Day of Yoga, JK Lakshmipat University celebrated the day with an enthusiasm to raise awareness about the benefits of Yoga.
The session started with a prayer and was attended by faculty and staff members of JKLU with the honorable Vice-chancellor- Dr. RL Raina leading from the front.
Yoga brings balance between body, soul, and mind. It helps us to understand the purpose of life and how to survive in the changing environment.
