Duties and Responsibilities

• To facilitate achievement of students’ academic & career goals and assist them in developing their social and mental capabilities.
• Work directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
• Help students with the admission process, filling applications and tests.
• Develop, monitor and assist the students with counselling programmes.
• Make cold calls.
• Facilitate conversion of Enquiry to Application to Admissions.
• Educate students, parents and community about the guidance programme.
• Handle walk-in students, counsel them to choose the appropriate field of study.
• Prepare MIS/ Reports.
• Conduct counselling rounds and send offer letters.
