Experience

Dr. Upasana Singh is Associate Professor at the Institute of Management, JKLU. She has 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and training. She is passionate about nurturing thoughts, igniting minds, and building capabilities. She firmly believes that “education is empowerment” and enjoys her role as an educationist.

 

She has presented papers in a number of international and national conferences organised by IIT, Kanpur; IIT, Roorkee; XLRI; IIM, Ahmedabad; University of South Australia and has published her work in reputed national and international journals. She is also a reviewer in Inderscience journals.

 

Dr. Upasana Singh has conducted training programs in behavioural and cognitive sciences for corporates, professionals, academicians, and government officials. She has delivered expert sessions at Rajasthan Institute of Cooperative Education and Management, Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration, MANIT,  Bhopal; Pt. Deen Dayal Petroleum and Energy University, Gandhinagar etc. She is associated with IIT, Kharagpur, Mentoring Cell as one of the mentors.

 

She is a member of various professional bodies such as Indian Academy of Management, National Academy of Psychology (NAoP), NHRD and Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
