Experience
Dr. Monika Soni is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management, JKLU. She is a NET-JRF (Management) and has completed her PhD from Mohanlal Sukhadia University in carbon management area in 2018. She has completed an online faculty development program from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2021. She has rich postdoctoral experience of research and teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students of business management. She has worked as a Research Associate and Guest Faculty in Mohanlal Sukhadia University. She has also worked as a Teaching Associate in Indian Institute of Management (OB/HR), Udaipur.
She has participated and presented research papers at national and international conferences. She has won the best paper award for her two research papers. Her area of interest lies in carbon management, green leadership, green human resource and sustainability management. She has presented her research paper at 8th PAN-IIM, World Management Conference, organised by IIM Kozhikode, 2021. Recently, she got her research paper published in ABDC- ‘B’ category journal, “Benchmarking- An International Journal” (Scopus Index).
She has conducted numerous research training programs for research scholars and academicians. She has undertaken several workshops on research methods and software like SMART-PLS, SPSS, MENDELEY, Academic Writing and Research Skills.
