B.Des - NID Graduate, DO School - Berlin fellow
Vaibhavi did her Graduation in Exhibition Design from NID Ahmedabad. She was awarded a fellowship in 2016-17 by The DO School, Berlin for ‘The Connection Challenge’ working on social impact businesses. She was also an Archival and Museum Fellow by IFA and CCK(AUD) in 2018-19 for the Delhi Visual Archive for creating Virtual Exhibition and public programs. She is the Director of Programmes with Artist’s Resurgence Thrust Society for Glass, Ceramics and Handicrafts in India (All India Society registered in 2001). She worked as an Assistant Professor in the Communication Design Department at the Indian Institute of Art & Design for 2+ years. Courses included Introduction to Exhibition | Space Design and Spatial narratives with 360 video, AR, and other affordable technologies. She also spearheaded a human – centered design course ‘Design for a Better Future’ that considers young entrepreneurial start-ups and co-creates new possibilities for communication and product development. She has also taught as a visiting faculty at NID-Kurukshetra and Pearl Academy, Noida.
At the Institute of Design at JKLU, she is working with the Interdisciplinary Design and Integrated Communication Design departments.
