Anushree Dixit is a post graduate in English Literature from Rajasthan University and has also done a course in Study Skills from Oxford University, UK. She holds a Diploma in Tourism and Resort Management.
She is a life member of ISTD (Indian Society for Training & Development) and has been the in-charge of its Diploma Program in Training & Development for Jaipur Chapter for last five years former .She has also been the Hon. Secretary for two years.
She is an artist & presenter on TV & Radio, an author, a film writer, producer and director.
She has eight years of entrepreneurial experience whereby she founded two Organizations – WAE (Winner Academy of Excellence) & ADVR Productions in the areas of Training, Recruitment, Consultancy, Performing arts and Film making and stabilized them as key regional brands in their service offering area.
She also has a three years experience as a freelance corporate trainer in the areas of Behavioral Skills, Business Etiquette, Verbal & Written English Communication and Basic & Advanced Communication skills. She also has an industrial experience spanning of six years across diversified areas such as Publicity Management, Communication, Education, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Sales.
During her Corporate Experience she was associated with brands such as Usha Group, Career Launcher and The Grand Intercontinental (The Lalit now). As a trainer, she has conducted training programs for Organizations of global repute such as National Health Mission (NHM), BSNL, Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL), National Defence Academy (NDA) and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Apart from this she has imparted training for large number of IT Companies based out of Jaipur and Pune in the areas of Soft Skills, Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication.
She has trained approximately 20,000 students and 3,000 working professionals so far , who are serving in various national and multinational companies and government organisations.
