Research Overview

This programme is designed with an objective to Conceive, design, implement and manage electrical systems by using principles of circuit design, Machines, Power systems, Automation, control systems, computing, sustainability and state of the art components and tools.

Graduates will be able to pursue a career in variety of fields, such as Energy, Electric Vehicles, Automation, HVAC, Manufacturing, EPC, IT and engineering services.

The programme will lay down adequate emphasis on a large number of core courses in EE. Most of the courses are well supported by State-of-the-Art Laboratory Facilities like Electrical Machines, Control system, Power System, Smart Grid, Simulation and Modeling, Industrial Electronics, Industrial IoT etc.

Some of the core courses of these programmes include Design of Automated systems, Electric vehicle Technology and Infrastructure, Smart Grid Technologies etc.
