The Pinnacle MBA is a space for students to think creatively, explore their unique potentials and become problem solvers for businesses and societies of the future. The programme is a 2-year full-time, residential, post graduate degree programme, where our students are given the opportunity to truly build an entrepreneurial mindset – grounded in academic theory, the programme provides the opportunity to learn-by-doing, be inspired by faculty, visiting lecturers, speakers and experts from different domains, industries and geographies, and acquire a broad perspective with a wide variety of courses.

The ‘Mastering Management Practice’ track will offer core management courses of marketing, strategy, operations, innovation, organisational behaviour, accounting, finance, business planning, business ethics, digital marketing, problem-solving, decision making, supply chain & logistics, network businesses, sales, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.
Liberal Arts & Science
Can you make the right choices for your organisation without understanding the economics, politics and sociology of that choice? We need professionals, today, who can to contexualise their environment and draw from multiple disciplines to innovate. This track, therefore, offers courses such as micro and macro economics, comparative politics, sociology, history, psychology, development studies, international relations, public policy and design thinking. Unique to this programme, you will also gain business understanding of key technologies like Artificial intelligence, Internet of things and Automation, which are changing the world of work so that you can confidently approach the work environment of future.

Jishnu is an NIT and IIM alumnus who has spent more than 20 years of working career in Marketing and Sales at leading companies like Johnson & Johnson, Paramount and Samsung in India and the US. He brings his deep personal experience to teaching courses in Sales and Marketing in several business schools including IMT Ghaziabad.
Apoorv is the Founder & CEO of Ingenious Faces and is currently busy disrupting the perception of success through transformative learning frameworks across emerging economies. He is also a Community Council Member at Silicon Cape and Co-founder at Mashauri. He has previously founded Startup Safari (Acquired by WeeTracker) & Human Circle.
He is driven (mostly) by two things in life: “how do we learn purposefully through travel” and the hunt for the best eggs benedict around the world. Apoorv does not believe he has ever learned anything worthwhile in a classroom environment but has grown immensely in knowledge, wisdom and cultural intelligence through the 40+ countries he has travelled/facilitated in. Thus, defining his personal and professional motto as “By Travel and Error”.
He is also a public speaker and guest lecturer with previous talks at platforms such as PechaKucha, Graduate Women International Global Conference, Ashoka University, University of Cape Town, Ghent University, Bertha Centre of Social Innovation among others.
Ankur is the lead CFA trainer at FinStudyClub. Having worked in the fields of finance and corporate planning in organisations like Ernst & Young and Suzuki for more than fourteen years, along with now being a part of the finance faculty at higher education institutes like BIMTECH, he brings a well-brewed experience of industry and academia to the table. He has studied Leadership & Management, CA and commerce from IIM, Calcutta, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and Shri Ram College of Commerce, respectively.
Amit has more than 25 years of diverse experience as facilitator and coach, L&OD consultant, instructional design specialist, manager, and journalist in organizations across India, USA, Nepal and Mauritius
Training & Coaching: Conducting workshops on persuasive presence, presentation, business writing, conflict management, negotiation, emotional intelligence; training of trainers; executive coaching

Jyoti Prakash CR Naidu
Prof. Naidu brings vast experience in the learner-centric and PBL (Project Based Learning) pedagogy having worked in both industrial R&D and academia for more than 3 decades. He has worked in or has been affiliated with leading institutions, laboratories, and industry as well as start-ups and SMEs in the UK (University College London, University of Derby), USA (MIT-Spin-off Companies at Boston, University of Phoenix- Arizona), Canada (University of Toronto and Spin-offs, Meritus University, Carleton University), and India (Centre for Artificial Intelligence & Robotics: CAIR-DRDO, Institute for Robotics and Intelligent Systems: IRIS, HMT, VTU, MSRUAS, Presidency) in different capacities ranging from R&D Engineer to HOD, Director, Dean, Advisor.
Roshan Lal Raina
Dr. Roshan Lal Raina is Vice Chancellor at JKLU. Before taking over as the VC of JKLU, Dr. Raina was Professor, Communication, and Dean: Planning & Development, IIM Lucknow where he taught a variety of courses in ‘Communication for Management’. Dr. Raina has over 32 years of managerial experience and nearly 20 years of postgraduate teaching experience. As a Fulbright scholar, he went to the “School of Information Studies, Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, USA” and successfully audited advanced courses in automation and networking. Research contributions of Dr. Raina include 21 (authored as well as edited) best-selling books and 225 papers in peer reviewed journals/conference-seminar proceedings.
